Summary: <p>Somehow I roped Jordan, from The Cult Sounds, into hosting my show. He talks about the catastrophic, yet highly entertaining Halloween 3: Season of the Witch, while I talk about the band Calabrese and interview their drummer, Davey.</p> <p>Halloween 3 is often maligned for a lack of Michael Myers. To this I say... and? We both defend the film, both in its astonishing confidence, but also its competent execution. Aside from some sloggy editing, the film holds up from the masks to Tom Atkins ruling every moment of screen time.</p> <p>Calabrese are a horror punk trio from Arizona, who are inconquerable and incredible. The band has been putting out consistently good (and arguably their best lately) music for over 15 years. They do a tremendous job with their merch, music videos, and crowd interaction.
