Summary: The Supreme Court on Tuesday told that the petition challenging Maharashtra's Maratha reservation law will be heard. In a day-to-day hearing and not in a virtual court. A three-judge judiciary of the Supreme Court led by Justice L Nageswara Rao heard the case. Challenging the law granting Maratha reservation in education and employment and said that a provisional order will be approved on July 15. The dates for the hearing will be given next month, the apex court said. Senior lawyer Mukul Rohatgi also endorsed a physical hearing of the case which has political importance in Maharashtra.
