Stephen works for LinkedIn, he is the senior Workplace Operations Manager - Dublin Campus, London (Interim) and LATAM. Stephen came on the show today to tell us about an amazing programme he is involved in called INSPIRE. INSPIRE aims to assist young people aged 18-25 years to develop their own potential, and to become thriving and engaged members of their own community. Its concept is simple, to match successful professionals with young people from their own community and to INSPIRE them to see opportunities in life that may not have been apparent to them previously. Stephen also shared with his own inspiring story. How he over came his own insecurities to work his way from the bottom to the top in LinkedIn.
