Chip transformed an inner-city motel into the second largest boutique hotel brand in America. At Airbnb Chip reported to a CEO young enough to be his son and most other employees were half his age. He succeeded by combining his wisdom and experience of the hospitality industry with the curiosity to learn about new technology.
