Summary: <p>As children, we are in a rush to grow up, but once we reach adulthood, we very often regret that we didn’t fully appreciate our fleeting youth </p> <p>We do indeed grow up but at some point we recognize that we are also starting to grow old. The body looses the strength, speed and resilience it once had as the first wrinkles appear and the gray hair splashes. Most of us fear of aging. </p> <p>How terrible it is to become old! How terrible it is to realize that youth has abandoned you! </p> <p>But do we even need to be afraid of how old age can manifest itself? </p> <p>Is it only a drastic decline in appearance and ability coupled with the painful decrease of sexual attractiveness? Or we feel that life is going to be end?
