Before his time on the frontlines of the cannabis debate, Leo was in the military as a response to 9/11 and had multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He was a central voice to get the condition added to NJ’s medical marijauna program.He is on the board for Minorities 4 Medical Marijuana (M4MM) as the National Director for Veteran’s Outreach.
