Lee is responsible for the strategy and oversees the implementation of Laureus Sport for Good, which uses sport as a powerful and cost-effective tool to help children and young people overcome violence, discrimination and disadvantage in their lives. We talk about how they have developed a worldwide charitable infrastructure and are recognised as a leading organisation in the fast-growing Sport for Development community. We also talk about our mutual love for Basketball and how sport helped guide us through some difficult early years. Lee really cares.
