Summary: As a long time UFC fan, this was a particularly fun episode for me. John has been the face of the UFC in the UK for 6 years and hosts Inside the Octagon with Dan Hardy. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge in MMA and it was great to speak with him about the upcoming UFC 249. We also discussed how he's staying active during lockdown, family, watching Conor McGregor's ascension and his road to the UFC.
