Summary: The UK Budget proclaiming an end of austerity to Canada running out of weed on day two of legalisation. From there we're talking the US midterms, Trump sending troops to the border to stop the migrant caravan. Then we're looking at gender neutral traffic lights, Halloween and the awful synagogue shooting and wave of pipe bombs sent to leading democratic figures. It's a mixed bag, so enjoy!
