After graduating from a Big Ten University with several business degrees he immediately began to put his talents to work running businesses. He is currently the CEO of OurGV (Our Global Vision) and Founder of Next Level Leadership. God has used his experience in running these international companies to help prepare him for serving in ministry.<br><br>Pastor Chad has been involved with numerous charities and non profits around the globe for over 15 years.<br><br><br>He currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at the Thousand Oaks Family YMCA. He has served on staff at multiple churches of various sizes and has a heart for leadership development and empowering others to use their God given gifts.<br><br>In 2017, God called him to plant a church in north central San Antonio at the Thousand Oaks Family YMCA. Ignite Community Church is a thriving multicultural, community focused church with a vision to ignite a generation for Christ.<br><br>Pastor Chad has enjoyed a beautiful marriage to his soulmate Erica for over 10 years.
