Summary: Today I chat with Catherine Ngo. Frustrated with the lack of balanced representation at events, Cathy founded Keynoteworthy as a way to amplify the voices of the 'everyday speaker'. She believed there is no shortage of talent out there and wanted to make it easier for event professionals to find amazing people. Outside of Keynoteworthy, Cathy is a writer in the field of human resources, specialising in diversity, inclusion and thought leadership. She is also an (amateur) comedian and loves to use humour to bring people together.
