Summary: This week it’s Bleak House. It’s been Andy’s birthday (& was still 8 week’s from Christmas when we recorded this show.) He’s very curmudgeonly about Christmas. “Less texting and more looking” is this week’s phrase. We discuss face and hand cream and how it can vary so much in price. Andy sticks with Nivea! We discuss market research and excess packaging. Plus… we’ve visited John Lewis and Selfridges on Oxford Street. We’re impressed with the Selfridges food hall but both agree Oxford Street is full of strange people!
