Summary: Napping is always thought of as being lazy, right? Well it actually can make you MORE productive, if you do it right. The key here, is you have to do it right, and by having POWER naps during the day you're actually going to perform BETTER! A study was performed in which participants were split into 3 groups and then amde to take a test. One group had a nap halfway through, one group had a 60 minute nap halway through and the last group had no nap. Bost groups with the nap performed BETTER in the test.
