Summary: Thanksgiving is only a week away and I just grabbed a turkey out of the freezer. This year, I thought it would be fun to share some experimental recipes we plan to have at the Holler Homestead. These are a little outside the norm this year because, well, I thought it would be fun to get outside the box and save the more traditional chestnut dressing and other sides for Christmas.
