Prop 187: Blue State, Red Country 

Summary: In 1994, a ballot measure aimed at targeting undocumented immigrants in California by denying families public services was passed 59 percent to 41 percent, but never implemented. That was Proposition 187. Maria and Julio are joined by Gustavo Arellano, L.A.
