Summary: Fall can mean many things to the beer lover - Oktoberfest, tailgating, maybe even pumpkin beers. But to the true hop-head it means one thing: the annual hop harvest in America. Each year, brewers race to brew with the freshest hops they'll have all year, often adding the hops to their brews less than twenty-four hours after they were plucked from the vine.
