Cyber reskilled, but in my old job: A common refrain for program graduates

Summary: Some may have heard early reports of success from the government's cybersecurity reskilling program. Yet so far, of the 50 graduates only one has found a new job in government using their new skills. Margaret Weichert, deputy director for the Office of Management and Budget, said the reason for that is the rigid General Schedule system.
