Government customer experience: it's not as bad as you think

Summary: The federal government earned a 69 out of 100 on the American Customer Satisfaction Index last year. The public in general doesn't have such a positive view of government and the services it provides as a whole. But the Partnership for Public Service and Accenture Federal Services say that might not be the whole story. Agencies are finding some success as they develop customer experience programs. Federal News Network's Nicole Ogrysko explains how they're doing it.
