Summary: Zak Slayback returns to the Studio of Champ-Yinz to share his insights on the benefits of interpersonal and intra-personal systems of accountability. Zak suggests that when many of us run into different forms of unproductive friction, we should consider a reappearing lack of self-knowledge as the cause.
