To hit recruitment goals, Air Force changing its employment pitch to younger generation

The Air Force is hitting its goals so far, but it’s changing some of the ways it presents itself to the next generation to make the service an appealing employment option. Jeannie Leavitt, commander of the Air Force Recruiting Service, about the issues the Air Force faces and how it’s planning on overcoming them.
