Summary: When you're looking for a place to live, one of the best offers you can find is for it be "furnished, all bills paid". God offers to do exactly that for us -- to "furnish" our lives by providing for all of our needs, and to pay the price we owe for the debt of our sin through His Son, Jesus. All we have to do to take God up on His offer is trust Him -- but that means releasing our hold on control and surrendering our lives to Him.
