Robert Johnson is often considered the first modern<br> member of the 27 Club. His life was tragic and so was his death. The story of<br> Robert Johnson is what gave birth to the curse, but it is the four deaths of<br> Brian Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Jim Morrison that create the idea<br> of a 27 Club.
