Also we discussed Kelly's most recent NVCopBlock article about an LVMPD cop who was fired for excessive force then rehired by another department. While working for that new department in Laramie, Wyoming, he has just killed an unarmed, mentally ill man, which is his third fatal shooting as a police officer.
