Key concepts include:<br><br>•Exercise several times per week to build up stamina and improve immune function<br>•Create and use warm up and cool down routines<br>•Reduce, remove and/or deal with potential distractions<br>•Communicate with partner, family, friends about the demands of the series you’ll be playing<br>•Come up with a process for picking your events in advance<br><br>Tricia and Gareth also discussed picking events for WSOP in some detail.
