When Maya was getting ready to go to school, Heather needed to find a way to keep her healthy, happy, and safe so she created a picture book to explain Maya's special need to her classmates. The book was extremely helpful to the teacher, classmates, and Maya.<br><br>It was at that moment Heather, and cofounder Kate, realized they could help millions of other children with special needs.
