Summary: 2016 Fusion Children's Leader Conference Workshop: "Cultivating a Culture of Worship" - Sean King and Kyla Hedge lead a workshop on how to create a culture of worship in your ministry. Do I really have to pay people to use their gifts for Jesus? How does a church create a culture of worship where musicians want to be involved without expecting a "kick back"? How do they attract talent and know what to do with them when they show up? And, the age old question, how do you answer, "Do I have to do a hymn in order to keep the 'older folks' off my back?" In this session we will take a look at: the elements of worship, the product of worship, the people of worship, and recruiting and raising up church musicians.
