Summary: Despite making one poor, catastrophic and foolish decision after another, King Ahaz never seems to learn his lesson and repent. Once he dies, leaving his nation in ruin, his son Hezekiah takes over in 2 Chronicles 28-29 and begins leading the nation back towards godliness as he restores the Temple and brings back worship of the true and living God.
