Summary: Watch this video clip and remember, if you want to score more goals you'll have to pass more. For the goalies, if you want less goals you'll have to cover-up the puck more often. If you can't cover-up then tell your defense to send the puck to the boards and out of harms way. Finally, you'll see an Interference/Holding penalty which happens often in non-contact hockey.
