Pride, ego, and job preservation. If your staff or athletic director knew you were thinking about leaving the profession, they might assume you've just lost the heart and drive to succeed in the job, and look for a replacement. On today's episode, we talk to former Division I assistant coach Chris Passmore, who left his job as a college coach a few years ago and has found a side of living that he hadn't known before. His story isn't supposed to apply to all coaches, and we're not suggesting coaching is something you need to leave right now - or ever.
