Being fired from her job in banking and financing turned out to be a blessing in disguise - it was the catalyst for founding high-end beauty brand Rodial, which counts Cameron Diaz, Emma Stone and Jennifer Lopez amongst it's celebrity fans, and is now sold in 20,000 stores in 35 countries. But it took self-funding after she couldn't get investment, five years of hustle, one big risk, and a bottle of snake serum to really take off. Nip + Fab gave Kylie Jenner her first beauty campaign - and the next year she went on to launch Kylie Cosmetics. Coincidence? You decide...
