Supporting our former Wolf Good Kid of the Week, Addison Bryan as she tackles another surgery!

Summary: #AchievingDreamsforAddison was a fundraiser for Rockwall's own Addison Bryan who, a couple years ago, literally became famous...for her generous heart...by working to raise $135K to give back to Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas for the help they've given her since birth. Rockwall Police, SWAT, Kona Ice, a choir of Ugandan Orphans, neighbors, friends, relatives, and the community of Rockwall showed up to share their love and support. She's about to head out of state for another surgery, in her family's quest to help her walk just like the rest of us... Addison's mom, Julie would like to personally thank you for your support...
