Summary: Ever find yourself feeling like you are behind in your training after a break?   What do you do you to get back to the level you were before you had to pause your training? The reality is disruption in your training is normal.  Time off your bike for recovering from illness, work deadlines, and family vacations are all part of reality. We have created a process to help athletes of all levels to return to the level they were at before the break.  In this episode we share what we call, the "Re-Entry."
