Summary: This morning I got up at 3:45 am and flew to Chicago for a workshop. People say personal growth is hard. They don't have the time or the money for it. But it's each person's responsibility to find a way to continue to grow. It's hypocritical to ask others to invest in our products and services but not continue to grow ourselves — even if it frustrates and angers you because you can't apply it in your current context.
