Alice Paillard and Ann Ogden Gaffney

The Connected Table Live show

Summary: Alice Paillard's ancestors have been growers in Champagne since 1704. In 1981 her father, Bruno Paillard, broke with tradition to found his own Champagne house to produce wines known for their complex blending and longer aging. Alice now works with Bruno as Co Director. Cooking was always a passion for fashion executive, Ann Ogden Gaffney, but after surviving two bouts of cancer it became a mission. She created non- profit Cook for Your Life to teach healthy cooking to people touched by cancer.

This show is broadcast live on Wednesday's at 2PM ET on W4CY Radio – (www.w4cy.com) part of Talk 4 Radio (http://www.talk4radio.com/) on the Talk 4 Media Network (http://www.talk4media.com/).
