Rachel's Sugar Cookies 1c Unsalted Butter 1c Sugar 1tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2tsp Almond Extract 1 Egg 2tsp Baking Powder 1/2tsp Salt 3c Flour -Preheat oven to 350 -Cream butter and sugar until smooth (at least 3 minutes) -Beat in extracts and egg -In a separate bowl combine baking powder and salt with flour and add a little at a time to the wet ingredients. -DO NOT CHILL THE DOUGH -Bake at 350 for about 6-8 minutes. -Makes around 3 dozen Royal Icing 2c Powdered Sugar 1 Egg White 1tsp Lemon Juice Happy Baking!
