Summary: This morning Michael Kauffmann and I talked about some wonderful hikes to be had here locally during the rainy season. Our region is considered a Temperate Rainforest with the largest amount of biomass on the planet. Our area also supports some of the most ancient forms of plant life you can find on earth.
