Smaller Restaurants, Smaller Houses, More Freedom

The Christopher Scott Show Talk Radio Podcast show

Summary: On this episode of the Christopher Scott Talk Show Podcast: Smaller restaurants, higher home prices and more people living in RV's. What does all that say about the economy, what people want and what the future looks like. I'm going to answer all that for you because each of stories are thing I've studied in great detail but before I get into that let me tell you why I think it's a story. Why these three things are related at all. The simple answer is that there's a shift going. One I've seen happening and predicted for a long time. For those of us that spent time in real estate this is all very predictable. Houses and commercial space shrinking as the economy and limited real estate supply push prices up and the big corporate, global economy creates more niche businesses. How do RV's fit into all that. I don't think it's a matter of people seeking cheaper living because I'm not so sure it's cheaper at all but I guess that's relative to a person's lifestyle. I think it's a quest for freedom. Living in an RV is the kind of the ultimate freedom, you can just pick up and go. Go someplace warmer, someplace near the beach, someplace in the mountains whatever you want. And, I think the main thing pushing people to live in RV's is mobile bandwidth because now people can move around and still stay connected. I'll tell you why I think all that. So hit the play button!
