Summary: Good Morning Gjallarhorn Episode 019 – Darkness to Light – Beat the Rams   Good morning Horners! From darkness to light, the week started out with Minnesota Vikings fans licking their wounds after being stampeded by The Buffalo Bills. What is a bill anyway, something on the face of a duck, or a name of a good friend? [...But I digress.] Then came the disturbing news about Everson Griffen, which is sad, and us here at GMG hopes that he gets help and well. Definitely a dark start.   The next day, the sun came up and things started to lighten up. Drew and I do the same in the show and brighten things up and check out the good news around us. It's a new week and the team will do a quick turn and fly out to beat the Los Angeles Rams.   The Ram can be beaten, and here's why: Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters will be out and are leaving the outside routes open for exploitation. Coach Mike Zimmer announced that Pat Elflein will start. Ryan Reiff could play after an ankle injury... we'll find out. Same for David Morgan, which will be good for Dalvin Cook on his return, and the run game overall. That means, all of the Vikings starters will finally be back on the offense and only Griffen will be missing on the defense. The Vikes are a good football team who just got nose bloodied and in a short week will be playing with a chip on their shoulder to prove it. They are a 7 point underdog and tend to play better that way.   Plus, we get into Ted Glover's fun secret assignment. It probably involves alcohol and traveling, not necessarily in that order.   Like, subscribe, and ring that damn bell! Then shout SKOL!   As always, enjoy the watch!   The show’s theme music is licensed through AudioJungle, the song is Stylish Powerful Energetic Rock.   (All rights go to The National Football League, the Minnesota Vikings, and all their broadcasters.
