The ability for an individual to have self-restraint allows them to behave in a consistently stringent and controlled manner. It gives you the power and inner strength to overcome addictions, procrastination and laziness and to follow through whatever you do.<br><br>*External discipline* pertains to to societal norms, such as following the law.<br><br>Chris - The face in the mirror<br><br>To eliminate options, stick to a singular set of choices, makes my daily walk easier.<br><br>* Wardrobe<br>* AM breakfast<br>* One watch<br>* One route to work<br><br>I won't be stopping at the donut shop on my commute to work for my morning glazed old fashioned.
