Amy started with AARP in 2011, originally as Vice President of Customer Service &amp; Solution Delivery, before rising to interim CIO and eventually gaining the position on a permanent basis.<br> Prior to AARP, Amy held multiple technology roles at Freddie Mac, C&amp;F Bank, American Financial Realty Trust, and GMAC, among others.<br> Amy received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental and Nuclear Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, and her MBA from Penn State University.<br>
