In his role as CIO, Mike has been responsible for modernizing the company’s infrastructure, driving the organization to take advantage of the Internet of Things and predictive analytics capabilities, all of which we covered in this interview.<br> Prior to Whirlpool, Mike was a Senior Vice President and the CIO of Eli Lilly, where he worked for 33 years.<br> Mike holds has a bachelor’s degree in Business from Marian University and a Masters of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.<br>
