As CIO, Michael is responsible for information technology at Ally, including strategy, architecture, application development, infrastructure, risk management, and information security.<br> Prior to Ally, Michael worked at CIT Group, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for six years.<br> Michael received a bachelor’s degree from Harpur College at Binghamton University and master’s degrees from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.<br>  <br>
