Summary: In Series 3, listeners will hear how IWU Athletics is attempting to flip the world’s vision of leadership upside-down by pursuing Kingdom greatness through discipleship. This episode will take listeners inside the culture of IWU Swimming. 1st Half (1:55)-Coach Laurissa Dalrymple joins to tell the story about starting the swimming and how she has been intentional with her coaches in developing the athletes in the program. 2nd Half (10:04)-Sophomore Caroline Warner shares about the team's growth over her two years at IWU. Overtime (18:13)-AD Mark DeMichael continues the conversation from the previous two episodes about the importance in discipleship and leadership to create intentional shared experiences within the department. www.iwuwildcats.com/misioninaction
