Summary: Good morning / afternoon. Oh yes the subject around 'More Up's than Down's' (please) in this short outline, its been subconsciously on my mind all day and randomly I wanted to highlight it and have some say on it. All I will say is that we need to be more mindul about how bringing down people (clearly doesnt work) - really puts a strain on people and has such knock on effect. Lets push higher, encourage and make people just feel like they are worthy / have a point of view and reasons to certain situations and why to address it.
