Summary: When our mind and our body is out of joint and we’re not sure why, sometimes a simple meditation on grounding oneself in the place where we are right now is all that is needed to feel better. By consolidating our energies and harmonizing ourselves internally and externally, we find that we have the strength and positivity to handle what life brings us. This is a simple meditation that will allow you ground yourself where you are (or where you will soon be if you are traveling). This meditation is especially useful if you are jet-lagged or feeling scattered or unmoored.
