Summary: Operation Hope and Hope Village in EstelÍ, Nicaragua was a calling for Rene Moncada, coordinator of the project which began four years ago with only three people and a dream to bring the universal language of a smile to Nicaragua. Presently the project has grown to 14 volunteers who travel to this Central American country to provide dental care for hundreds of people, most of them elderly and poor.
