Summary: Steve Mona is the former Commanding Officer of the New York City Vandal Squad. But... he likes graffiti! He's also a 9/11 First Responder who worked on "the pile" for months at a time. On a lighter note, he's part of the Delta Bravo Urban Exploration Team in which Danny Boy from House of Pain / La Coka Nostra founded. Steve is an incredibly genuine and nice guy.
