Basically, in short, Jon Sibal is the man.</p><p>RJ DeVera is known for tons of things such as being terrible at Gran Turismo and telling us <a href="https://youtu.be/pZZ60jrw6cg?t=42s">how fast Dom Toretto is</a> in the opening street race of the Fast and the Furious, being the guy behind RO_JA wheels, writing for publications like Super Street and for generally being one of the great ambassadors of the Southern California import car scene for the past 20 years.
