Summary: TokenIQ The Problem: The ERC-20 token and similar technologies are not capable of providing a truly compliant solution to the tokenization of securities, nor even to delivering a fully compliant ICO. A simple example is that in the cryptocurrency world loss of access to a wallet renders the token-holder incapable of capitalizing on gains while in the real world the loss of a share certificate in no way undermines a shareholder’s claim to their rights. Among the numerous capabilities that are missing from today’s crypto currencies are Futures, Vesting, Options (American and European), Indexes, Swaps, Forward Contracts, Lost token handling, Inheritance, Custodianship, Court Judgement enforcement. While some have talked about approaching a few of these capabilities through the deployment of an exchange mechanism, we believe that a better way is to build these directly into the token. The Token IQ solution makes all these capabilities available to tokenized securities, be they ICOs today or conventional securities in the future. Mark Vange Biography: Mark began making video games at the age of 10 and by the age of 18 had his first commercial success in video games. Mark's experience includes decades of technology leadership, extensive entrepreneurship, and dozens of patents. He has had a hand in the publication of hundreds of games and apps throughout his career and has started and sold several successful technology businesses. He was the Founder of Mobile Post Production, which was acquired by Electronic Arts (EA) where Mark served as CTO and Vice President of EA Interactive. Mark currently operates two companies; Fighter Base Publishing Inc in the video game space and Token IQ Inc. in the crypto-currency space. Token IQ focuses on the creation of solutions for the tokenization of securities in fully compliant and novel ways. He lends his technical prowess and vision as adviser and CTO to helping companies to grow and identify new opportunities through reimagining technologies and business processes.
