She is also an author and a mother of a child that has been diagnosed with autism.<br><br>She remains deeply passionate about helping and showing other parents and caregivers, who are living and working with individuals along the Autism Spectrum, how they can live happier lives by finding a balance, despite the challenges they encounter on a daily basis while caring for their ASD individuals.<br><br>She works with these families on self-care, healthy eating, lifestyle changes and other areas of their lives, to help them make changes that produce real and lasting results.<br><br>When Winnifred Matilda Walcott first received her child’s diagnosis of ASD/PDD, her first words were “What Now?” She felt confused and frustrated. She went into denial and started blaming herself for letting her child develop autism.
